Late Policy and Extension of Time

  • Your time will start EXACTLY as scheduled regardless of arriving late *so please be on time*.
  • You can extend your time as long as there are no other clients scheduled after your booked session. Extension fee is Php300 for 15 mins, Php500 for 30 minutes.
  • If you do not show up on your scheduled appointment, your booking will be forfeited.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • We allow only the first rescheduling to be free as long as we are given advance notice of at least 3 days.
  • Rescheduling fee within the lock-in period: (This is also applicable to those who booked less than three days before the appointment.)
    • Php250 for Classic, Deluxe, & Graduation Packages
    • Php500 for the Premium and Platinum.
  • Only one rescheduling request will be allowed.
  • Last-minute rescheduling is not allowed if the notice is given within the client’s appointment time.
  • For rescheduling requests, kindly coordinate with us through Facebook or Gmail. DO NOT reschedule directly through our booking site as it might be declined.
  • In case you will not be able to go to your booked appointment, the slot is transferable to your friends or relatives, but shall be consumed the same day/time and same package as booked. For cancellation and no-show , payment is non-refundable.

Pet Guidelines

  • Maximum of two pets are free of charge. Additional pets will be charged Php100 each. Your pet must wear a diaper before and after the photoshoot.

Damages

  • For studio equipment loss or damages proven to have happened during the clients’ session, they may be liable for some or all of the cost of replacing or repairing it. Any type of backdrop damages (e.g. stain, wet, holes, tear, etc.) will be charged Php100-Php500 to the client.
