Visit www.rsvisualsph.com and click “Book Now.” Select your preferred package and schedule, fill in your details, and proceed with payment to confirm your reservation.

After submitting your proof of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you once your reservation has been
verified.

We accept GCash, bank transfer, and cash payments. Full payment details will be provided during booking confirmation.

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome every weekday (Monday–Friday) from 11 AM to 7 PM, subject to slot availability.

For weekends (Saturday–Sunday), advance booking is highly recommended due to high demand.

Weekend walk-ins are subject to:
  • slot availability
  • an additional ₱150 walk-in fee
Please note that confirmed bookings will be prioritized.

We are located on the 3rd floor of Veluz-Frances Plaza, Aguinaldo Highway, Dasmariñas, Cavite (near WalterMart, MG Dasmariñas, Petron, and in front of JRS Express).  Get map details here.

Yes! Parking slots are available at the ground floor of the building and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Guests may enter the main studio 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth transition between sessions.

For early arrivals, you may relax in our lobby waiting area until your schedule begins.

Your session will start and end exactly as scheduled, regardless of late arrival. We kindly encourage clients to arrive on time to maximize their session.

Yes. We allow one free reschedule as long as we are informed at least 3 days before your appointment. Please message us through Facebook or Gmail for rescheduling requests

Rescheduling fees within the 3-day lock-in period:

  • ₱250 — Classic, Deluxe, & Graduation Packages
  • ₱500 — Premium & Platinum Packages

Please note:

  • Only one reschedule request is allowed per booking.
  • The rescheduling fee also applies to bookings made less than 3 days before the appointment date.

Bookings are non-refundable for cancellations and no-shows. Failure to show up for your appointment will
automatically forfeit the booking and payment.

Yes! Bookings may be transferred to friends or relatives , provided that the same schedule, package, and session time will still be followed

Absolutely! Pets are welcome at RS Visuals. 🐾

Up to two small-to-medium pets or one large pet may join your session free of charge. Pets must wear diapers before and after the session.

A ₱100 fee will apply for each additional pet.

Dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, ducks, and other beloved companions are welcome at RS Visuals — as long as they are well supervised and cared for by their loving pet parents. 🐶🐱🦆🐢

Yes! We can connect you with a makeup artist upon request.

Availability, rates, and arrangements will be coordinated directly between you and the artist. Sample works may also be shared for your reference.

Clients may be held liable for any proven loss or damages that occur during their session.

Backdrop damages such as stains, tears, holes, or wet marks may incur charges ranging from ₱100–₱500 depending on the damage.

Our staff will assist you with the setup and guide you on how to use the remote shutter before your session begins, making the experience easy and beginner-friendly.

Yes! You may extend your session as long as there are no scheduled clients after your booking.

  • ₱300 — 15 minutes
  • ₱500 — 30 minutes

Self-shoot packages include all soft copies only. Prints and frames are not included, but may be availed separately after your session.

Yes! RS Visuals offers print and frame packages starting at ₱250.

Clients may choose from:

  • 4R Prints
  • 5R & 8R Frames
  • Our best-selling A3 Frames

All printed photos include color enhancement and the RS signature filter before printing. Kindly check our print packages for more details.

All raw digital copies taken during your session will be sent via Google Drive or AirDrop on the same day.

Please note that Google Drive links are only accessible for 7 days, so we recommend downloading your photos immediately.

You will receive all raw photos from your session. Our default photo quality is already professionally set and studio-ready.

Clients may also avail our photo enhancement add-on using the RS filter for ₱100 for 10 photos.

Yes! Additional pax are welcome. An extra fee of ₱300 per person will apply.

Yes. Kids and infants are included in the total pax count. Only pets are free of charge based on our pet guidelines.

Yes! Clients may choose from our available free backdrops. Premium or special backdrops may require additional fees.

Yes! Companions are welcome inside the studio. Please note that only clients included in the paid package may participate in the photoshoot

We love seeing clients express their own style! We encourage you to bring your own outfits that match your preferred peg, theme, or aesthetic for a more personalized shoot experience.


You may bring as many outfit changes as you’d like during your session. Each studio also includes its own dressing room for outfit changes.

Yes! You may change outfits in our dressing room during your session.

 

Please note that your session will start and end exactly as scheduled, so we encourage clients to manage their time wisely.

All studio props may be used freely during your session. Clients are also welcome to bring their own props to personalize their shoot experience.

 

To help maintain the studio, we kindly ask everyone to observe proper care, CLAYGO practices, and RS Visuals’ Lost and Damages Policy.

Yes! You may use your phone to take mirror selfies or mini photoshoots in our amenities such as the reception, vanity, dressing, and waiting areas.

Yes! We offer studio rental services good for 3 hours.

Rates:
Weekdays — ₱3,000
Weekends — ₱3,600

Yes! Session extensions are allowed as long as there are no scheduled clients after your booking.

Extension Rates:

Weekdays
• ₱700 — 30 minutes
• ₱1,000 — 1 hour

Weekends
• ₱800 — 30 minutes
• ₱1,200 — 1 hour

Studio rental includes:

  • Creative space for up to 5 pax
  • Studio lighting
  • Seamless backdrops (white, black, and gray)
  • Vanity area
  • Dressing room
  • WiFi
  • Air conditioner
  • Parking space

Please note that studio rental is different from self-shoot services. Camera, monitor, and remote shutter are not included in the rental package.

Yes! Setup, preparation, and cleanup are already included within your booked rental hours.

Studio rental is recommended for up to 10 pax for a more comfortable experience.

An additional ₱150 fee will apply per extra pax beyond the included 5 pax.

Clients may still exceed the recommended capacity depending on their preferred comfort and available studio space.

Yes! Outside photographers and videographers are welcome. Kindly inform us in advance. Please note that additional fees may apply for personal lighting equipment and studio add-ons.

Yes! We have our own in-house photographer available for sessions. We can connect you upon request.

Hiring a photographer allows you to enjoy a more guided and hands-free shoot experience with professional posing assistance, lighting direction, and creative shot guidance throughout your session.

Availability, rates, and arrangements will be coordinated directly between you and the photographer. Sample works may also be shared for your reference.

Yes! Additional fees may apply for clients bringing their own lighting equipment due to electricity consumption, equipment usage, and studio setup requirements.

• Strobe Light — ₱150 per light

• Canon M50 with Kit Lens — ₱1,000
• Video Light SL150II — ₱400
• Additional Modifier — ₱150 each
• Memory Card with Google Drive File Transfer — ₱200

Kindly coordinate with us in advance to avoid misunderstandings and unexpected charges.

For safety and equipment protection, rentals are currently limited to in-studio use only.

Yes! Food and drinks are allowed inside the studio. We kindly ask clients to observe proper CLAYGO practices and RS Visuals’ Lost and Damages Policy.

Yes! Clients may move furniture and studio setups as long as they are handled with proper care and returned to their original placement after the session. RS Visuals’ Lost and Damages Policy will apply for any proven damages.
